Description of the TAC-DE Ticket System

1. Ticket System @TAC.DE

1.1. Description

TAC-DE Ticket System is an open system for business, public or private customers. Depending on the contract, or even without a contract, it will provide different functionality or SLA's. To request a customer access please open a ticket via the TAC-DE portal and send your customer details like name, e-mail, phone a.s.o. TAC Staff will contact you immediately to discuss your needs. TAC-DE ist a product of "Skills4Rent GmbH" S4R

1.2. Open a ticket via the portal

To open a ticket via the TAC-DE portal you have to access https://ticket.tac.de . Chose "Submit a Request" and fill in the form.

You need to fill in your full name, your e-mail and your phone. Choose if this is an urgent request and try to choose a proper category. If not possible choose "other"

Now fill in you details what you what to tell about your requirements. If available add a document were details are included.

1.3. Open a Ticket via E-Mail (no contract)

To open a Ticket via E-Mail just send a mail to ticket@tac.de. Use a subject were your requirement is described in a short way and fill in the mail with your details.

The mail should contain personal data like telephone numbers in case the TAC-DE support team want to contact you.

Automatically the TAC-DE system will send you a mail were the Ticket Number and other details will be presented.
